Each year I follow the flowering of various Acacia species, forage for them along the local highways and then represent them in my work. This is the first species that flowers in my area each year. Smelling divine, here it is in the company of a favourite shell from Kilcunda (Victoria), and a few pieces from my grandmother’s Bulgarian tea set.
